L. Stewart Duncan - President, CEO, & Director

From 1997 to 2005 Mr. Duncan has operated Stewart Duncan Consulting providing corporate development services, managing acquisitions and sales in the multi million dollar ranges, due diligence assignments, arranging private financings, corporate restructuring, and completion of industry studies. From 1993 to 1997 he was President and a Director of Jubilee Resources Inc. a public company listed on The Alberta Stock Exchange. Prior thereto he had 17 years finance experience with a major Canadian Chartered Bank and also served as an officer and director of two other public companies, Twin Richfield Oils Ltd. and Lidco Industries Ltd. both listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Duncan attended the University of Manitoba and is a Graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management.

Marc J Stachiw - Vice President, Finance

Previous to joining Alberta Wind Energy, Mr. Stachiw was the Director of Business Development of a TSX listed renewable energy company and played a key role in a $660 million hydroelectric project in British Columbia. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Stachiw was involved in raising venture capital with several investment firms in Calgary. Mr. Stachiw holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business, a Bachelors Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Candidate for the Level 3 CFA examination. Mr. Stachiw is currently a director of a TSX-V listed company.

Doug Amy - Vice President of Corporate Development & Director

From 1998 to 2005 Mr. Amy was self-employed as a financial consultant engaged in mergers and acquisitions and corporate fund raising. During that time Mr. Amy appeared as an officer and director of SCC Resources Inc. (now Turbo Genset, TSX and London Exchanges), and Wild Horse Resources Ltd., (now Azure Dynamics Corporation, TSX and London AIM Exchanges). Prior to that employed for 18 years in the Investment Industry in Alberta and Saskatchewan as a registered representative, partner and branch manager. From 1960 to 1970, Mr. Amy was employed as a business credit analyst with Dun and Bradstreet.

Jack Montgomery - Treasurer

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Saskatchewan. After obtaining his chartered accountants degree, Mr. Montgomery commenced employment with Clarkson Gordon and Company in Calgary where he was employed for four years prior to moving to industry.

Since 1986, Mr. Montgomery has been self employed as a consultant usin his considerable business experience to assist junior and start up companies move to an increased level of maturity and profitability.

Prior thereto, Mr. Montgomery was Vice President of Finance and Administration of Royal Trust Energy Corporation Pension Fund. 1985-1986. Managing Director (resident in Hague, Netherlands) of Challenger International BV, the international holding company of Turbo Resources Ltd., of Calgary, a public company, 1981-1984. Treasurer of Cherokee Resources Ltd., a public oil and gas exploration and production company, 1980-1981. He was also Vice President of Finance, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Director Nabors Drilling Ltd., a public company and subsidiaries of Kodak Oilfield Haulers Inc., and Nabors Alaska Drilling Inc., from 1972-1980.

Responsibilities in these positions included computerization of accounting systems, preparation of budgets, arranging insurance coverages, negotiating contracts, cash management, liaising with banks and arranging financings.

Mr. Montgomery also served for three years on the Accounting Standards Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and Saskatchewan.
